8th Graders Excel in Math!

8th Graders Excel in Math! Thumbnail Image
Students in Ms. Perry's 8th grade Math class work with Scribble Bots. A Scribble Bot is a motorized device that moves in unique ways and leaves a mark to trace its path. Students assembled their robots using various materials including a motor and AA battery. The challenge was to make the Scribble Bot leave a mark on paper. Everyone had fun collaborating, designing, and creating their Scribble Bo. Click on the "Show All" option to see Ms. Perry’s 8th grade Math students designing and operating their Scribble Bots.

One more year Shirakawa School is working in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank. Please consider donating to those in need. Now until December 1st Donation boxes located at the Front Office and school Cafeteria Food items must be non-perishable. All foods must contain an expiration date. No glass, please. Most needed items are : peanut butter, canned soup, canned meats, canned fruit, macaroni and cheese & cereal.
