Mrs. Volpe
For 20 years she has been teaching to empower a new generation of critical thinkers. She creates a safe and nurturing classroom that fosters a love for learning through the use of hands on activities and meaningful experiences.
She currently has a Masters of Education Degree with an emphasis in cross-cultural studies, as well as her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
The motto in her classroom is “It Takes a Village to Educate a Child.” She looks forward to working together to help your child meet their individual goals.
Mrs. Do
Mrs. Loan Do is starting her 25th year of teaching for the district. She taught at Meadows for 24 years. This is her first year at Shirakawa and she is so proud to be a Shark! She received her Bachelor's Degree and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Jose State University. Mrs. Loan Do loves to spend time cooking with her family. She feels very lucky to be working with a wonderful group of staff, parents, and students.
